Induction into the firm is gradual, with the goal of developing a consistent working method and specialized approach, starting with research and legal opinions and then moving on to litigation and assistance at every stage and level of the legal process.

Requirements
The following are preferential qualifications for collaborating with the firm:
- interest in the specialized areas of study;
- seriousness, precision and confidentiality;
- enthusiasm and commitment to research, attention and speed of learning;
- have obtained a law degree with top marks;
- knowledge of the English language.
Knowledge of another language is an additional preference criterion.
