Graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1989 with top marks, he worked in the Department of Civil Law.
He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since January 1995 and has been admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation since 2007.
He has been a member of the International Relations Commission of the Milan Bar Association since 2003 and of the International Association of Italian-Speaking Jurists (A.I.G.L.I.) since 1990.
Author of numerous articles in various newspapers and specialized legal journals (Il Sole 24 Ore, I Contratti, Guida al Lavoro, Agenti e Rappresentanti).
Lecturer at master’s courses, courses and conferences on agency, franchising, and national and international commercial distribution contracts in universities, chambers of commerce, and institutional offices in Italy and abroad.
Author of manuals and reference texts in the field of distribution contracts (agency, sales concession, online sales, selective distribution and franchising) and in particular since 1990 of the manual “The agency contract. The sales concession. Franchising.” now in its 11th edition (2023).
She graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2008 with honors, specializing in “International and European Union Law” and writing her thesis in Public International Law under Professor Tullio Treves.
She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2012.
He collaborated with the Milan Chamber of Commerce until the beginning of 2008. at the “Assessments to Protect Public Faith” office, where she analyses EU and national legislation regarding consumer credit and the protection of Made in Italy products.
From 2008 to 2010, she worked with a well-known Italian law firm, focusing primarily on industrial and intellectual property, civil law, litigation, and arbitration.
In 2011, she joined Alberto Venezia Avvocati, working closely with Venezia and the other members of the firm on issues relating to civil and commercial law, with a specific focus on commercial distribution contracts and employment law.
