The founder

Alberto Venezia graduated with top marks in Law at Università degli Studi di Milano in 1989 and he worked for the university chair of Civil Law at Università degli Studi di Milano. He has been a member of the Milan Bar since January 1995 and has had the right of audience before the Court of Cassation since 2007. He has been a member of the International Relations Committee of the Milan Bar [C.R.I.N.T. Commissione rapporti internazionali Ordine avvocati di Milano] since 2003 and of A.I.G.L.I. Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana [International Association of Italian Speaking Lawyers] since 1990.

He has written drafting wizard softwares for commercial agency agreements and authorisations for business procurement agents (edited by Il Sole 24 Ore), he has published more than 60 articles and comments for financial dailies and law journals (Il Sole 24 Ore, I Contratti [Contracts], Guida al Lavoro [Guide to Employment], Agenti e Rappresentanti [Commercial Agents and Representatives]) and has taught on more than 140 occasions including seminars, masters courses and conferences at universities, chambers of commerce and institutions based in Italy and abroad.

He works in Italian, English and French.
